From the trade for the trade. I started my career on the construction site in 2011 with a traditional apprenticeship as a plumbing, heating and air conditioning technician. After my apprenticeship, I deepened my specialist knowledge as a journeyman and senior fitter and on the construction site before moving on to the new side of the construction site. I started working for a building contractor and learned new things in construction management. I then went on to become a master plumber & heating engineer and a business economist HwO. I have been working for ATRIA-M in project management and specialist planning since 2023. My clear strengths are to incorporate the experience of the construction site into the planning, project and construction management.
