What can you expect?
  • Assumption of project management responsibilities for projects in the field of hazard detection systems and critical infrastructure
  • Designing customer-specific security concepts for security-relevant buildings, including the analysis of vulnerabilities and the development of strategies to improve security.
  • Assisting in the preparation of specifications and requirements for security-relevant buildings and supporting the implementation of certification processes.
  • Preparing risk and security analyses.
  • Planning, consulting, and implementation of property surveillance in the area of security-related alarm systems in service phases 1 to 9 of the HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers).
  • Working in an interdisciplinary, holistic planning team
  • Recording and coordinating cross-trade issues
  • Technical contact person in the project team and advising builders, architects, and all companies involved in the construction
What should you bring with you?
  • Successfully completed degree or training as a master craftsman/technician in the field of electrical engineering, energy and building technology, or supply engineering, or comparable
  • In-depth knowledge of hazard detection systems (ZKS, EMA, V&U, BMA)
  • Professional experience in the areas of planning, consulting, and construction management is desirable
  • Quick comprehension combined with analytical and networked thinking
  • Legal knowledge of VOB, DIN/VDE, HOAI, and other relevant regulations
  • Experience with CAD and AVA applications and confident use of IT programs round off your profile
  • Independent and conscientious approach to work as well as a high degree of team spirit and loyalty.
