You will handle projects independently, recognize potential for improving project processes and develop targeted solutions. If you want to be involved in exciting construction projects and take on responsible tasks, then you've come to the right place.  As a site manager, you will oversee the entire execution process of a wide range of construction projects in the field of electrical engineering.

• Responsible for the supervision of the electrical engineering department
• Economical handling of the construction project within the specified fee framework as well as monitoring the project budget and, if necessary, developing countermeasures
• Safe and well-founded application of cost/contract and change management
• Coordination of the interfaces between the technical trades and the building construction trades
• Scheduling, scheduling and monitoring
• VOB-compliant processing and invoicing

• Completed degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification, e.g. training as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d) in this field
• First professional experience in property monitoring and relevant professional experience in specialist electrical engineering construction monitoring
• Quick comprehension skills in combination with analytical and networked thinking
• Legal knowledge of VOB, DIN-/VDE-, HOAI as well as knowledge of the recognized rules of technology
• Good knowledge of AVA (tenders), MS Office and MS Project round off your profile
• Personally, you are characterized by your excellent communication skills, independent way of working and interest in innovative topics related to working on technical construction projects
