What can you expect?
  • You support & ü take on the tasks of the client for the construction / technical building equipment area.
  • You implement the project structure, process and resource planning.
  • You maintain the quality and quantity monitoring of the project.
  • You carry out cost planning & control, including detailed data evaluation.
  • You recommend solution strategies for project disruptions.
  • You manage appointments according to AHO.
  • You plan processes according to HOAI § 31 & coordinate all project participants.
  • You check using a target/actual comparison.
What should you bring with you?
  • A high level of technical understanding through training or studies, preferably in the field of construction / technical building equipment
  • Business management knowledge
  • Quick comprehension skills in combination with analytical and networked thinking
  • Legal knowledge of VOB, DIN-/VDE-, HOAI, AHO as well as knowledge of the recognized rules of technology
  • Good knowledge of AVA (tenders), MS Office and MS Project and/or PowerProject round off your profile
  • Personally, you are characterized by your strong communication skills, persuasiveness, assertiveness and interest in innovative topics related to working on technical construction projects
  • Project management, organizational talent, team spirit, customer orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of work preparation, personnel resource planning and material flow planning, quality testing, quality assurance
